What is the Guardian Program?

At Boho Oodles, we believe every dog deserves a loving family environment to live in while also contributing to the future of ethical, high-quality breeding. Our Guardian Program allows select families to raise one of our breeding dogs while we retain breeding rights for a set period. This ensures our dogs live in nurturing home environments instead of kennels while helping us continue producing exceptional Groodles and Double Doodles.

 

How It Works

As a Guardian, you’ll welcome one of our 'pick of the litter' puppies into your home as your own pet. While they live with you as part of your family, they will occasionally return to Boho Oodles for breeding purposes. We cover all breeding-related expenses and offer full support throughout the journey.

All of our potential breeding dogs attend the 28 day stay and train program with Therapy and Support Animals Australia

Please note guardian homes must be within 1 - 1.5 hours of Brisbane

 

Guardian Family Responsibilities:

• Provide daily love, care, and socialisation

• Maintain regular veterinary check-ups

• Follow basic training and health guidelines

• Stay in communication with Boho Oodles about milestones and updates

• Make your dog available for breeding purposes as requested

 

Once the breeding commitment is complete, the dog is officially yours forever.
